Our Family's Humble Beginnings In The Beef Jerky Business

How it all Started......

Many Many Many Years ago I was an office worker who used to go to work in dress slacks and shoes,  Even though It was a good living I wasn't happy living the rat race lifestyle being trapped in an office.  So one day I told my wife (Tara Aka Big-T) that I was going to support The Family on get this.................Firewood & Beef Jerky because those were my passions!  You could just imagine the look on her face because I had no professional experience in either.   Fast fast forward 10 plus years and www.HotAssWood.com is one of the LARGEST type of firewood business in AMERICA!  Now its time to take over the Beef Jerky Business as well.   QUALITY PROTEIN & PERFECTION is what makes us great!
